Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
No. We split every project 50/50: half to begin, half at launch. For Co-op Platform projects, we can discuss a three-part payment schedule.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Your logo (or we'll help you get one), a few photos, and the key content for each page — bios, service descriptions, and anything else that tells your story. We send you a simple Content Guide at kickoff.
Can I update my own site after it launches?
Yes — that's a priority. We build every site so you can log in and update your content without any technical knowledge. We walk you through it at launch and leave you with a short video guide.
What if I need more than what's in a package?
We scope custom projects all the time. Email us with what you need and we'll put together a clear proposal.
Do you work with educators outside the US?
